Mantle Lymphoma is a rare type and accounts for about 1 in 20 of all cases of non-Hodgkins. It is a cancer of the B-cells. Mantle cell lymphoma can occur at any age from the late 30s any age, but is more common in people over 50. It is three times more common in men than in women.
